The answer to the above question is 𝙔𝙀𝙎.

There is a purpose for 𝙏𝙬𝙞𝙣 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨, 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨, & 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙨 here on earth!

While my spiritual background is, Lutheran, I assure you I had never heard of these things until the last 5 years of my life, because the Bible doesn’t mention them….yet they exist!

When you have someone in your life, constantly ramming at your cage to destroy your peace…Pray that God give them peace & whatever it is they feel is missing in their life.

Destiny, Free will, Karma….. Lord have mercy! What are you talking about girl?

Hmmmm….. let me explain. We all have “free will”. It’s God given. You choose everything in your life & those little choices become the building blocks of your life!

When I chose to go into nursing school, I wanted to be a S.A.N.E. (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) Nurse or work with babies.

I had always been drawn to all the Law & Order shows since they began. Up until I had the triplets, I had seen every episode of every show. I felt it being a S.A.N.E. nurse would allow me to assist in Justice, as well as, be compassionate support to women who needed help & possibly a voice!

The only way I've stayed on track the past couple of years with my Health and Fitness goals is by taking everything moment by moment, and one day at a time. One workout at a time. One meal at a time. One snack at a time. It's completely overwhelming to make drastic changes in lifestyle, do them all at once, remember it all, know it all, and expect it to be sustainable.

YES! I BOUGHT THIS! YES! THIS WAS MY BACKYARD!! #DamnIt !

Every year my dad would send me money to buy the kids stuff for Christmas, and I'd have to buy him, "The Best Gift." Which wasn't outwardly said....but heavily implied with a "You know..."

When you are writing affirmations, and setting intentions to manifest things into your life, almost more important than the words, is the feeling you have behind the words!

How often, or how long have you stayed in the same health and fitness spot, same financial spot, same relationship spot, because it meant you would have to change, or it would cause a disruption in your life?

You can't hide behind a mask, and actually get anywhere in life. Everything around you will be Fake AF, and not substantial, if you're not Authentic.

I got pregnant with my oldest daughter, Rebecca Lynn, at 18 years old, and had her at 19 years old.

I was a Freshman at Kilgore Junior College in Kilgore, Texas. I had gone to that school to audition to be a, Rangerette, because at that time they were a gateway to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders team, and from there, I wanted to dance in videos. I had a plan!

I'd say it is pretty close to 9 times out of 10 that people size me up wrong. So much so, that I've learned to adapt to it. Ego is an interesting thing...it's massive self-deception. When you have no humility, you question nothing, and are ruled by assumptions. When it all goes wrong, you're not just dealing with being off on something...you're also having to deal with your own self-perception and deception.

"You are so strong" is a phrase I've heard from a very young age. My mom used to tell people even when I was like 4 or 5 years old, "She always lands on her feet." Until this year, and very recently, I never understood what that meant.

"Rejection is God's Divine Protection" ~ Anyone ever drop that on you? Me too!

There have been plenty of clients I didn't get, relationships that didn't work out or I didn't get to be in, podcasts, and speaking engagements I wasn't selected for. I didn't enjoy hearing that particular piece of wisdom at the time, when I was in the desire phase and filled with emotion about the person or situation. Rejection does, in fact, end up being God's protection though!

Positivity, absolutely IS NOT smothering, the BS of life with sunshine, rainbows, and fake a$$ stuff. It's being real about where you are, and creating a new you, product, or life out of the BS that was handed to you. It's not slinging some happy, wordy words to cover it up.

My very first interest in crystals came when my dad died. It was very obvious that I was having issues being able to focus & quite frankly, I was also incredibly angry at the time.

I googled alternative forms of medication for ADHD, & crystals/ rocks were one of the top things that came up! I started reading everything I could on them & ordered some online from Etsy.

Affirmations are a huge key in healing the Mind, Body, and Soul! Even as recently as this past, Friday, I was given another affirmation by a friend who is also a coach. I'll share the one she shared with me at the bottom of this passage.

When I was first introduced to essential oils, I didn't really understand what they were. My sister-in-law would give them to me as gifts, and because I didn't understand them, they overwhelmed me, and stayed in my bathroom drawer. I thought they were just to make your house smell good. I didn't realize they actually had healing & medicinal value and purpose.
