This information absolutely ticked me off the first time I heard it….because I didn’t want to. There was too much resentment & it felt like a bow down & a reward for him that he in no way deserved in my opinion. So I didn’t. So we didn’t. So it ended.

I attempted to actually research the statistics on this, & found it difficult….so I’m strictly going off of observation & movies at the moment.

Well….the short answer is, he’s not trying to play!

That can kind of hit you sideways if you’re accustomed to the opposite. You just have to make the mental & emotional adjustment.

We all face “tower moments” from time to time. They come in to show you that what you thought…wasn’t true. What you believed…wasn’t true. The foundation of your life, or your belief system was faulty & or needed knocking down & changing. A sudden shock, ending, or realization comes in and you get to leave it behind or build it again better. Either way, the good news is, the lights are on now and you can!

These massive changes, & “dark nights of the soul” test your resolve and resilience. They come in to learn humility, strength, & create your character. Many times to finally reveal to the world exactly who you are.

Ancient Greek philosopher Plato first created the idea of souls “split in two” that eternally yearn to find their “other halves.” These days we still carry around this idea of “find our other half”

I’m not talking about people who don’t agree with you, or have the same opinions, or point of view. I’m talking about people who actually actively hurt you.

People who actively clip your wings & tell you that you can’t, or aren’t smart enough, or capable enough.

People who go to great lengths to hurt, change, or control your life in some way.

I started with a new coaching client today, & they had a VERY familiar story. I listened to what they had to say & it sounded strikingly similar to mine!

~ I’m in chronic pain ALL THE TIME

~ Every diet I try doesn’t work

~ I exercise & not a damn pound comes off

~ Every test that every doctor runs says I’m in perfect health & they don’t know what’s wrong

If he’s not coming at you the way you like….throw his a$$ right back in the pond.

He needs to be sent back like a steak that wasn’t cooked right!

If he loves you, wants to have sex with, or have sex with you again…he’s coming back! Just keep sending him back until he’s not treating you like a THOT, an option, or flat-out taking you for granted.

You 100% deserve a Killer Whale! 100%

All the little sayings & euphemisms are absolutely true! About valuing yourself & how you view yourself especially. Please don’t forget, I was over 200 lbs for a long time there is a lot of rewiring that has had to be done.

Now, I wasn’t a fat kid like him, I did play sports & excelled at all of them, & depending on what school I was at, I was or was mostly popular or known.

HOWEVER! Everyone always told me I was dumb & frankly, they still do! I can relate so much to that part of his story! Plus honestly…. The family stuff too.
