𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒍 𝑰’𝒗𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑳𝑳𝒀 𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒚!

I can promise you, each time I've made a correction, adjustment, or change in my life it was due to emotion! Without it, most of us would stay little bumps on a log.

Emotion is often the inspiration to cause us to act and realize a change is even required to be made.

Think about it:

𝑺𝒐, 𝑰 𝒈𝒐𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒂 𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂 𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 “𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚“ 𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒂𝒈𝒐.

It was unfortunate that it was a fast conversation, because there are additional things besides money & income that cause & create “𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑦”

𝑰 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒆, 𝑩𝑼𝑻 𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒆 𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒎𝒚 𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒔!

This is or would have been an opportunity for a significant other to come in & be a hero or a Knight in shining armor….but I have none…so “that guy” is me.

Last night, I was in a hurry to get to work & traffic was backed up on Durham, so I cut down a side street to “save time.” The back passenger tire hit a curb & sliced my tire in an ”L” shape.

They honestly do want to be vulnerable & to be able to do this with you. The safety nest & a judgement-free zone will assist, and over time he’ll just start doing it on his own when he trusts you.

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑴𝒆𝒏 𝑫𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝑽𝒖𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚!

SO! A few days ago I did a post on “5 hidden insecurities men have”. I appreciated the responses VERY much, because I have sons & other men I love and adore in my life!

It also caused me to reflect, because even though I am a safe space for my sons to be vulnerable, they still have issues with being awkward with it, & I was really concerned about who messed my sons up after my insecurities post! I immediately started studying it!

𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭….𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 “𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞”

5 𝑯𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆.

I’m sharing this because, as women, sometimes we have absolutely NO idea we’re even able to hurt the men we love & adore, at all, because they’re so dang tough & silent. Here’s the truth:

𝐻𝑂𝑊𝐸𝑉𝐸𝑅…．𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑚𝑎𝑦 𝑏𝑒 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑖𝑓 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑦 𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 ＆ 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜𝑛’𝑡．

We don’t care if you need it honestly. Swear !!! In this area, we are results-driven…not process-driven Meaning, we don’t care how lift-off happens…we just gotta figure it out.

I’m going to give some real-life examples of what not to do, what to do, AND how I caught a cheater bonus Because I’m here for you in that way at all times!

My friends think I’m a complete jerk for this & so mean, but when I was actively dating or between boyfriends I developed this rule.

I would say roughly twice a year I give the Facebook one the good ol college try.

Put new pictures up….deleted old ones… checked ten billion year old messages…run through the likes… (I hate that you have to decide right then & can’t save them for later or something)

I‘ve been laughing at the new Taylor Swift song “Anti-Hero”. “It’s me” Especially when I get the same kind of feedback. We must be connected on a soul level.

You can’t run a marathon with no training.

You can’t lose weight.

You can’t train people.

You know nothing about Real Estate.

You know nothing about Event Planning.

You know nothing about running a business.

Who’s going to listen to you?

You can’t do all of that at the same time!

I had some faithful Russian clients return yesterday, who are supportive of me! They told me yesterday was a holiday called “Forgiveness Sunday.”

In my earlier days, I was a General Manager for Bally Total fitness & Fitness Connection. I helped open the original Fitness Connections in San Antonio & Austin. I also managed at retail companies such as Express & NY & Company.

I’m not new to management or leadership positions.

It’s always fascinating to find that you find the same kind of people working at places & the same type of personalities. It’s because no matter where you go, or what you’re doing, people are “peopley” & you are ALWAYS dealing with people no matter rank, income, or otherwise.

Me & this car end up in the same place frequently If this pure stranger just knew how happy it made me to see them at Wholefoods, HEB etc !

I’m not a crossover vehicle person at all. I actually think they ruined everything! BUT! I like this one!
